Terms and conditions of use
1. Client is responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.
2. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
3. Client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, Client must inform Coach. Coach will recommend that Client inform the mental health care provider of coaching sessions.
4. Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.
5. Client understands and accepts that no guarantees are made in respect of their fertility outcomes, with or without the use of coaching.
6. Client understands that Coach will make no recommendations for treatment or medication and any statements that may be interpreted as such must not be acted upon.
7. All discussions during coaching sessions are held in good faith. Client understands that coach will use all available resources and knowledge to supply clinically accurate information but that interpretations of accuracy may vary.
8. Coach reserves the right to research any areas of treatment offered to clients by their fertility clinic in instances of innovation or experimentation.
9. Client understands that clinical treatment may vary between clinics and regions. Coach will guide the client where appropriate, but may from time to time be unable to provide guidance in a particular area.
10. All coaching sessions are strictly confidential and client’s details will remain protected in accordance with GDPR.
11. Coach will provide one introductory call of at least 15 minutes per client free of charge. The introductory call will not contain any coaching of any kind.
12. Further appointments and services are chargeable and must be paid in full prior to any booking being confirmed.
13. Bookings are only confirmed after client has received a booking confirmation email. Confirmation email will only be sent out following receipt of full payment.
14. In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation policy applies:
- At least 48 hours notice: 100% refund
- At least 24 hours notice: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund will be given.
For the avoidance of doubt ‘Coach’ refers to Eleanor Wharf. ‘Client’ refers to any user of coaching services provided by Eleanor Wharf, whether services are paid or free of charge.
By employing the services of Eleanor Wharf Fertility Coach you indicate your agreement and acceptance of these stated terms and conditions of use.
